PARAGON DIVING MASK: FEATURES

The M2001S Paragon professional divers mask offers TUSA’s NEW Reinforced TRI-MIX frame and Freedom Technology with Fit II. The TRI-MIX Frame is made up of three distinct layers combined to produce one superior frame structure. It features Polyurethane (PuRiMaX) material bumper protection and a cross-beam metal frame structure, combined with the superior toughness of the polycarbonate frame bolted together to create a seriously tough diving mask.

The new Fit II technology, exclusive to TUSA, adds strength and rigidness to the skirt for use in tough environments. Freedom Technology, also exclusive to TUSA, is a set of technologies to enhance fit and performance. Freedom model diving masks feature a dimpled skirt surface with varied silicone thicknesses and stability ridges, in addition to a proprietary low-friction skirt surface on the fitting line.

The diving mask also offers UV 420 Treatment to protect against harmful high-energy visible (HEV) light. UV light is dangerous, but there is another type of dangerous light, HEV light, which is present on sunny and overcast days. It is extremely important to protect yourself against UV and HEV light in all weather conditions when diving.

The Quick-Adjust Buckle System incorporates a newly-designed low-profile buckle. This results in a compact, lightweight, technologically advanced diving mask design that can be easily and quickly adjusted for a perfect fit. The offset buckle raises the position of the Strap Adjuster to improve comfort by preventing mask strap contact with the ear.

The mask also features a dimple skirt, with dimples around key areas that allow for a greater seal, reduced pressure, and increased comfort. Stability ridges have been added to minimize compression and leakage, reinforcing areas under the cheekbones to maintain ideal surface contact.
